1、Please fill the register form in detail, and make sure that the
information is correct and real. The manufacturer's name should be the same as
the certificate of business, otherwise it is invalid.
2、All the files uploaded should be provided in the form of jpg picture,each
size less than 500KB.
3、Uploading Guild:
(1) Member Application Form
Form should be filled in standard form
with common seal put on.
(2) Certificate of Busniess
Legal person should sign on Certificate of
Business, with “The same as the original of business license”and data signed and common seal put on.
(3) Manufacturer Introduction
A brief introduction with 2 or 3 pages(A4)
should be provided with common seal put on.
(4) Manufactorer Self-disciplined Statment
The legal person or the certigier should
sign the statement and put on the common seal.
4.Certificate of Busniess is a must, otherwise the application cannot be
submitted.
5.The system will send a verifing email to the application email after
submitting successfully.
PS: The Application form and Manufactorer Self-disciplined statement is
available at the frontpage of TAF. And if the manufacture have no common seal,
let legal person signature instead of common seal.
